Prevalence of urinary antibodies bacteria (ACB), suggesting renal bacteriuria, was studied in three groups of patients: fixed which doctors suspected urinary tract infection, asymptomatic outpatients with neurogenic bubbles, but without urethral catheters and in patients with asymptomatic is urethral catheters. Prevalence of ASV was 67% of hospitalized patients with positive cultures without catheters, 94% of patients with neurogenic bubbles, and 36% of patients with urethral strattera without prescritpion catheter. These results indicate high prevalence of upper urinary tract involved patients with positive urine cultures, even in the absence of symptoms. .
